Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in a relevant discipline
- Completed NYSC, or currently serving with a clear completion date
- Not more than two to three years post-NYSC — this programme is designed for early-career graduates
- Strong numerical, analytical and written communication ability
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Willingness to be based in Akure, Ondo State, and to work in a manufacturing environment
- Evidence of achievement outside the classroom — projects, internships, leadership, competitions, certifications
