Job Summary
The Graduate Recruitment and Development Program (GRDP) is a structured talent development program designed to identify and nurture high-potential young lawyers. Participants gain hands-on exposure to real-world legal matters through cross-departmental rotations, structured work plans, mentorship and classroom training across the firm’s practice areas. The program also provides an opportunity to develop strong legal and commercial competencies while gaining a deeper understanding of the firm’s values, culture, ethics and standards of professional practice.
Requirements
- Young lawyers with 0–2 years post-call experience
- At least a Second-Class Upper university degree
- At least a Second-Class Lower degree from the Nigerian Law School
