by To further boost human resource development in the Niger Delta Region, the Niger Delta Development Commission(NDDC), is once again embarking on its foreign post graduate Scholarship program to equip our young people with relevant training and skills for effective participation in the local content Programme of the federal Government, as well as enable them acquire specialization in their field of study and thus compete globally in various professional disciplines.
The scheme is for suitably qualified applicants with relevant Bachelor degrees from recognized universities in the following professional disciplines:
- Engineering
- Environmental sciences
- Geosciences
- Medical sciences
- Law
- Agricultural sciences/Biotechnology
- Information technology/Artificial intelligence
- Architecture/Building Technology
Applicants must provide:
- Recent passport photograph
- Local Government identification letter
- Postgraduate admission letter from a recognized Overseas University
- Relevant Degrees from recognized Universities
- N.Y.S.C Discharge /Exemption Certificate
Applicants must:
- have a first degree with minimum of 2nd Class, upper Division for those wishing to undertake a Master’s Degree programme candidates from a recognized University
- have gained valid admission letter for a Post Graduate Programme in any of the listed disciplines above, in a foreign University
- have not already enrolled with an overseas university
- provide guarantor’s written consent of good conduct of the applicant from any of the following persons from the applicant’s community/clan.
